One of the very few neighborhoods in Wilmington, NC with a marina within arms reach! This neighborhood is fairly new, and boat slips at the marina come on the market ever so often! One of my person favorite neighborhoods, by far.
2. Bexley
A charming neighborhood with tree-lined sidewalks, perfect for leisurely walks or jogging.
3. Carolina Heights
This historic district offers more than charm—it’s one of the few older neighborhoods where sidewalks are prevalent.
4. Carriage Hills
Known for its family-friendly vibe, Carriage Hills boasts wide sidewalks that make the community feel connected.
5. East & Mason
A newer development designed with walkability in mind, featuring modern homes and plenty of sidewalks.
6. Fortune Place at Johnson Farms
