Where are you located?
Our home base is Nest Realty Wilmington, located in Wilmington, NC! More specifically, our office is located in Mayfaire Town Center! But we serve Wilmington and all of the surrounding Southeast NC beaches! Wilmington is our bubble, but we’re happy to educate you on it all!
Can you help find rentals?
Unfortunately, Matt and I do not handle any long term rentals. Matt is part owner of Going Coastal Property Management, and they have options for all budgets, whether you’re looking for a vacation, short term, or long term!
Do you work with both buyers and sellers?

Can I send you a referral?
Of course! We love any and all referrals and would be happy to cooperate with a referral fee. If you live elsewhere and need an agent referral, we’re happy to help with that to and we will receive a small % commission.

Are you two married?!
Nope! Matt and I are considered partners in crime, I joke that he’s my work dad and my work brother, but definitely not my work husband. Matt is married to his wonderful wife, Emily, and my husband is Klein!
