In 2025, I set a goal to sell 25 homes to buyers who found me through social media — a way to challenge myself and prove that education, consistency, and showing up online could translate into real results for real people. By the end of the year, I had helped 29 buyers and sellers successfully make a move in Wilmington, many of whom started as followers simply trying to learn the area before taking the next step.
That experience reinforced what I believe matters most in real estate: buyers who understand the market, the neighborhoods, and the process make stronger decisions and feel far more confident when it’s time to write an offer. In 2026, I’m building on that momentum with a new goal of $26 million in real estate sold, while continuing to guide buyers with clear strategy, honest advice, and deep local knowledge of Wilmington and the surrounding communities.

In 2024, I started a fun TikTok series and a goal to sell 10 houses to 10 people that find me on social media! This came after I spent the majority of 2023 focusing on on Matt and I’s online presence, and by the end of 2023, seeing some return on that investment. It wasn’t long into 2024 that I realized I might be able to do it!
I crushed my goal- I sold to 19 different clients, 14 of which had found me on social media! Thanks to a successful 2024, and the cult following of my goal, I knew my 25 in 25 goal would be just as exciting!
