We’re Matt Costin & Caroline Holman! The Realtor duo behind The Costin Group, powered by Nest Realty in Wilmington, NC. We do real estate a little differently, we focus on the power of social media to grow our business AND sell your house.

Matt and I have spent the last year giving our social media a revamp, and cultivating a new, thriving social media presence. In turn, we’ve built a community. This is what prompted me to create the TikTok Famous Wilmington Guides in June 2023! With us, you won’t just buy a house, you’ll be introduced to your new city, ensuring a comfortable transition!

MEET THE TEAM

Matt grew up in Southeastern North Carolina, studied construction management, and worked as a project manager for a commercial construction company. With his Southern charm and love of serving the needs of others, he went on to pursue a highly progressive career in real estate. The first time you meet Matt, his true passion for people and developing friendships is apparent. He started The Costin Group to share his road map to success and mentor and guide Brokers for longevity. On his days off, he enjoys spending time with his wife Emily, and his daughter Kendall. He loves to be on the golf course, boating down the Intracoastal Waterway, and putting his grill mitts on for an old fashioned barbecue or oyster roast.

After graduating from The University of Alabama in 2016 (Roll Tide!), Caroline found her heart drawn back to Wilmington, where she spent her childhood summers at the north end of Wrightsville Beach. Now firmly rooted in the community, she has made Wilmington her permanent home. Beyond her academic achievements, Caroline has also earned her stripes as a licensed NC general contractor, showcasing her excellence in various aspects of the real estate industry. Beyond the professional realm, Caroline cherishes moments with her family, husband, and two dogs, Champ and Odie, especially during boat days along the coast. Her profound love for the ocean fuels her desire to educate and share that love with others with through her unique use of social media marketing for the team.

We throw a rockin' party!

If you’ve yet to attend a Costin Group Client Appreciation party, just know you’re in for a treat!

Every July, we host our summer party! Since it’s summer vacation time, we love to incorporate fun activities for the kids and fun for the adults! Two years in a row, we’ve held our summer party at Rounds Golf & Lounge and it has been a blast!

And if you’ve heard me mention ‘pie’ once or twice, that’s because this November, we will ALSO be hosting our 3rd annual pie party at our Nest Realty office in Mayfaire!

This is just a small way that we’re able to say “thank you” to our past clients, family, and friends for always thinking of us and choosing us for their real estate needs. And gives us a great opportunity to catch up 🥰
